You can lock your card in-app if you notice any suspicious activity to immediately prevent further use.
You may want to lock your card to prevent additional unauthorized transactions.
In the app, click on the “My Account” icon on the bottom of the home screen.
To lock your card:
- Click the “Lock Card” icon in the middle of the My Account screen.
- Click “Confirm” button on the pop-up.
- Your card is now locked. Click the close button.
- The Lock Card icon will now show as locked.
To unlock your card:
- In the “My Account” screen, click the “Unlock” Card icon.
- Confirm unlock by clicking the “Confirm" button.
- Your card is now unlocked.
